HYDRO MANTHIS

The HYDRO MANTHIS consists in a scissor lift table with a rail on top to guide high-pressure rigid lances. These tubes glide into the rail through a bogie moved by a chain transmission. Its purpose is to clean the inside of shell and tube heat exchangers; movement precision is guaranteed by the 3-axis system and by the bogie translation, which can move simultaneously up to 4 rigid lances.

The size of the machine is customizable and function of the length of the heat exchanger: both 6,5 and 11 meters versions are available. The rail can accommodate rigid tubes of 1/8’’ and 1/4’’ in diameter. The head accessory (gunsight) is designed each time according to the spacing of the heat exchanger tubes.
